RESPITE
The other group is a respite group for children to come and play and have fun while the parents are in another room enjoying a coffee and a chat. If you would like to be put on the waiting list for any of our groups, please contact the office
FREEDOM
We also have our Freedom Programme that runs multiple times a year. The aim of the programme is to raise awareness of domestic abuse. For any more information please contact the office.
STEPS
Steps is an 8 week course that we offer, the aim of the course is to encourage positive thinking and self belief and how these will have a positive effect on your daily life. This course runs regularly throughout the year, for more information or to be added to our waitlist please contact the office.
VOLUNTEER SEARCH!
We are looking for some new volunteers to join our team. Alongisde this we have the Volunteer prep course starting up again soon which gives helpful adivce, insight and instruction on how to be an amazing volunteer. If you are interested please contact the office if you are interested.
