Supporting families in crisis for over 25 years
Are you having difficulty coping with the stresses of life bringing up a young family? If you live in Wrexham and are pregnant or have a child up to the age of 14, we may be able to help you.
What do we offer?
We offer support through our network of fully trained and police-checked volunteers and family support workers. These volunteers have usually been parents, or understand the difficulties that families often go through. The volunteer will normally visit you once a week for two-four hours, and will spend time listening and talking to you, provide respite for you, tap into community activities or whatever support you need. Unfortunately volunteers cannot provide babysitting, but are happy to support you in other ways.
We also run a variety of groups to support you in many different areas of life. Please have a look at the groups page to see the wide variety of groups and courses running that may be able to help you.
Finally we have 2 qualified counsellors & offer a free counselling service for children & adults in a safe and welcoming environment.
